meet pony!
Pony is a 3 month old mixed breed male. He is fostered with other dogs and kids aged toddler-teen. Pony is very sweet, loves attention and cuddles, and very un-bitey and gentle for his age/stage. Pony enjoys being outside but with his person/people is very much where his heart is. He is a “best friend” kind of guy. Pony has made great steps on his young dog potty training. He would do best with a family that is home during the day, but has made great progress on being left alone for periods of time in his crate and riding in the car. He thrives with lots of people and lots of love. He will most likely do just fine with cats given proper intros; he would love to have a dog sibling as he loves to play with his Foster’s dogs. Pony would be a wonderful addition to a family with kids; he is the perfect example that you don’t need to go to a breeder to get a perfect family puppy!
Pony is part of the “Farm Litter”, rescued from an outdoor holding facility outside Fresno. Mama was a very sweet 40 lb mixed breed, and dad unknown. We think Pony will be a medium/large dog when fully grown.
