Are you or someone you know in need of assitance for dog food and other items? please complete this form below & we will arrange a food pick up (davis or sacramento) for you and your pet.

• We will try our best to connect with you within 24 hours. Please let us know about your pet: Age, Breed, any food allergies.

• Our pet-pantry is donation based and our selection may be limited, but we will do our best to help you and your pet. If you need other supplies along with food, please fill out that information in the request form below.
