Pepper

Meet Pepper!

Pepper is a 50 lb, 6 month doberman shepherd mix in need of a new home. Puppy Pepper has been raised around dogs, a cat, chickens, teenagers and school aged children! Pepper has the sweetest and silliest personality once she is comfortable with a person. She loves chewing on her toys, bully sticks and treats!

- She is crate trained and potty trained

- She knows sit and come

- She rides well in the car

- She does well being left alone at home

- Dog friendly and playful; submissive

- She enjoys her daily walks and doesn’t bark at people or dogs when on a walk (non-reactive)

She loves having free rein to run (very fast) and will play tag with us (one person goes across the field and we call her and she comes running and jumping towards us). Pepper is working on not jumping up when we get home, when she’s excited and/or feeling playful. Like a typical puppy, she can also be a little mouthy on our hands and clothes when she is riled up.

Pepper is a love. She will be a wonderful dog for a family or individual that enjoys taking walks/hikes. She’s eager to learn and please. She is very smart and trainable. She’s fun and playful, gets along with children well and is sweet.

Pepper is dog friendly and lives with two chihuahua mixes. She is shy and submissive with other dogs including ours. She can be very playful, loves to play chase and play with toys with other dogs.

Pepper can be timid meeting new people so would do best in a home that doesn't require her to meet or interact with too many guests. Or a home that will let her go at her own pace until she’s comfortable with new people! Her ideal home will be with a person, couple or family in a calmer household/suburban environment. She would love a home with a yard, but not required
